On 18 November 2010, the foundation stone for the Acharya Mahapragya Memorial was laid in Sardarshahr. The ceremony was performed by members of the All India Terapanth Youth Council following Jain rituals. The event was attended by distinguished individuals from various fields. Acharya Shri Mahashraman, Sadhvi Pramukha Shri Kanakprabha Ji, and other dignitaries were present, meditating and remembering Acharya Shri Mahapragya Ji. Acharya Shri Mahashraman stated that the memorial was a societal effort and emphasized that no donor names should be displayed near the sacred site. He described Acharya Shri Mahapragya Ji as a seer of the self, the age, and the future, who dedicated his life to spiritual practice, compassion, and spreading messages of peace, non-violence, and friendship. He noted that Acharya Shri Mahapragya Ji was the longest-living among the ten Acharyas of the Terapanth order. The President of the Jain Shwetambar Terapanth Mahasabha, Shri Chainrup Chindalia, paid tribute, stating that Acharya Shri Mahapragya Ji was a rare historical figure who created history. He expressed that the Acharya’s contributions continue to guide humanity. The proposed memorial will include six large halls: an audio-visual hall for documentaries, a hall for gifts and memorabilia, an art gallery, a library and research center, a robotic center for displaying lectures, and a meditation hall. Surrounding the main memorial, a 4,000-square-foot area will serve as a worship space, with an open theater for 2,000 people. A residential block with twelve rooms, a canteen, and staff quarters will also be built. The entire site will be landscaped with gardens and beautification.
