Jain mathematics holds a distinguished position in both traditions of Jainism. In the Digambara tradition, texts on karananuyoga and dravyanuyoga are of interest to mathematicians, while the Shvetambara tradition includes ganitanuyoga and karananuyoga under charan-karananuyoga.
