Muni Nayanandi, an Apabhramsha poet in the tradition of Acharya Kundakunda, lived in the eleventh century Vikram era. He composed 'Sudamsanachariu' in a Jain temple in Dharangari, Avanti, during the reign of King Bhojadeva. This work is a biographical text depicting the life of an ideal human, Sudarshana, including both pleasant and unpleasant events, showing how a steadfast and virtuous person overcomes adversity. The issue aims to revive interest in Apabhramsha literature, a tradition that had become obscure over centuries. It includes scholarly articles on 'Sudamsanachariu' from literary, religious, and philosophical perspectives. Additionally, to simplify the grammar of Apabhramsha, the issue presents an analysis of Hemachandra's grammatical sutras.
