Acharya Shri Mahapragya was a rare and skilled planner of his disciples, as described in the Vyavahara Bhashya. He understood each disciple's capacity and needs, assigning tasks accordingly to develop their potential. He provided proper training in rules and discipline, encouraging those who followed them and correcting those who did not, even showing anger if core principles were neglected. His focus on the welfare of the monastic community ensured the smooth functioning of education, training, and healthcare. His mind was exceptional, with balanced hemispheres and rhythmic brain activity. He used his extraordinary abilities to dispel humanity's inner darkness and gave intensive training in Preksha Dhyana to reduce rising conflicts. He taught methods to calm emotions like anger and ego and strengthen the reasoning mind. His neurons were sensitive, creative, and coordinating. Acharya Mahapragya was a rare master of scriptures. He not only studied them but also interpreted Lord Mahavira's teachings in modern scientific contexts. His edited Agamas gained widespread admiration. He possessed four types of scriptural wealth: Bahushruta (knowing the core and auxiliary texts), Parichitashruta (familiarity with texts through repeated study), Vichitrashruta (expertise in one's own and other traditions, and in exceptions and rules), and Ghoshavishuddhikaraka (clear and pure pronunciation). His unique interpretations, such as explaining the word "Sandhi" in the Acharanga Sutra as both a karmic gap leading to transcendental consciousness and a physical center of consciousness, demonstrated his profound insight. His clear and impactful speech, even in his final discourse at age ninety, captivated millions. He was beneficial for both this world and the next, ensuring disciples' material needs and guiding them in spiritual discipline. His capable successor, Acharya Mahashraman, continues this tradition of spiritual growth.
